Sometimes Sam's 5 strain pro-Biotic as needed

2 Tumeric - Organic Tumeric 370 mg; Tumeric Extract 80 mg; Organic Ginger 50mg

Daily - frozen or Fresh Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, often Granny Smith Apple, peaches, mixed berries

***While Sinus & cough -

Oil of Oregano 150 mg 1-3 tablets
Elderberry concentrate 2-3 tsp daily

Normal meals usually include

Breakfast
2 Farm pastured Eggs, CoJack cheese, bowl oatmeal, blueberries, cranberries, raw milk, coffee

Lunch
small serving of (often of grass fed) beef or chicken, celery, carrots, Daisy Cottage Cheese, small bowl of fruit, sometimes lettuce type salad or home made cold slaw. milk or water

Supper
beef or chicken, cooked vegitables, some kind of squash, eggplant, sweet potato, or options of cauliflower, broccoli, salad or fresh celery, carrots, coldslaw, small bowl of fruit. Green tea, milk or water.
